US Healthcare Provider Search: Normalized NPI Data (NPPES)
Search all 9.4M+ US healthcare providers from CMS's full NPPES bulk files, with no 1,200-results-per-query API cap, so true statewide pulls work in a single run. Every record comes normalized: parsed credentials with a ranked primary, deduplicated addresses, OIG exclusion and Medicare enrollment flags, and a quality confidence score.
